Responsibilities:

The Trustee serves three primary functions:

1.     to collect all county property tax and personal property tax

2.     to serve as the bank on the county tracking and accounting for all money received and disbursed

3.     to invest temporarily idle funds.

          Someone you know may qualify for a break – call for detailed information about Bedford County’s Relief Program for the elderly.
